We provide tools to help users connect. We do not perform vehicle inspections, guarantee outcomes, or supervise service work. Mechanics are independent service providers, not employees or agents of Fixmyridepro.
You are responsible for the agreements you enter into with other users, including pricing, scope of work, safety, and warranties.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including vehicle details, photos, and messages. You grant Fixmyridepro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content for operating and improving the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of user content, or the quality of services performed by mechanics.
Do not use the Service for emergency situations. Always follow manufacturer guidelines and local laws when performing or commissioning repairs.
If we offer payment features, those transactions may be processed by third-party providers and subject to their terms. You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or charges related to services you agree to.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixmyridepro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service or any interactions with other users.
